Hi, I’m Sam (short for Samantha), and in my role as Business Consultant at BF Mulholland, I work closely with dental professionals every day.

My focus is on truly understanding their business needs and providing the right solutions to help them achieve their goals. Oral health and wellbeing are very important to me, so anything I can do to support both dental practices and patients is a bonus!

Q: What’s your background—what’s the journey that brought you here?
A: I’ve spent over 20 years in sales and operations, with more than 16 years working in the healthcare industry. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the sector and how I can best support clients.

Q: What do you love most about working in the dental supplies industry?
A: Having worked in healthcare sales for most of my career, I’m passionate about supporting professionals who make a real difference in people’s lives every day. The dental industry offers a unique opportunity to combine my skills with my commitment to improving oral health.

Q: What’s a fun fact or unique skill you bring to this role that people might not expect?
A: I’m all about building strong relationships and providing solutions, but here’s a fun twist—I’m a total Frappuccino addict! I also get mistaken for being Australian quite often, even though I’m actually South African.

Q: How do you plan to make life easier (or even more exciting!) for the clients you’ll be working with?
A: I’m all about being attentive and approachable. If you need something done, just leave it with me—I’ll make sure it gets handled!

Q: If you had to describe your style of working in one word, what would it be?
A: Customer-centric.

Q: What’s the one thing you’re most looking forward to about connecting with clients in this region?
A: I’m excited to continue growing my already amazing dental network. The passion for dentistry that my clients bring is truly infectious, and I look forward to more rewarding conversations—always made better with a cup of tea, coffee, or even a Frappuccino!
